Our Mission:  

To promote laughter and nonsense through the endowment and empowerment of underwear.

 

Based in Denver, Colorado, the Booty Beat is owned by sisters Phoebe Wubberson and Miranda Horkenshoot.  Growing up, the sisters told stories, staged neighborhood plays, and begged their grandfather again and again to drive them down the windy, spooky, Bear Trail (a golf cart path through the woods).

 

Phoebe created Underwear Man when she was a teen. Since then, family and friends have enjoyed her characters in birthday cards, calendars, and wedding invitations.  In a world so often full of cynicism and divide, the Horkenshoot sisters offer a little bit of silliness, because we’re all just booties in undies after all.
